MOBILE CITIZEN SERVICE IN THE EAST SIDE MALL

The neighborhood citizen's office from the district office Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg is coming to the EAST SIDE MALL: You can conveniently handle your ID, driver's license & Co. on site and without an appointment. On November 20, 2025, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, the mobile citizen service will be available to you on level 2 next to „Peter Pane“. All citizens' office services can be comfortably handled - from applying for an ID to transferring the residence permit to a new passport.
Payment for services is possible only by cashless methods (by debit or credit card).
Passport photos can be taken directly on site (cost 6.00 €)
