Electromobility for all. While you’re browsing our stores, you can also charge your electric car at the same time. The charging stations for electric cars can be found in our car park level P1.

It doesn't matter whether you shop with us or just stroll through the mall, our multi-storey car park is open for you 24/7 and offers 760 parking spaces. You will find the ticket machines in front of the lifts and escalators or dotted around the parking decks.

Parking tariffs:

First hour = 1,50 EUR / 60 min
Second hour = 1,50 EUR / 60 min
From the third hour = 2,50 EUR / 60 min 
24 hour tariff / Maximum daily rate: 10,00 EUR

From holdalls to a suitcase – thanks to our handy lockers, you can safely stow away your luggage or heavy bags while you enjoy a carefree spot of shopping. The lockers are accessible 24/7. You will find them next to the lifts on the way to the Mercedes Benz Arena. The lockers have the following measurements: H 37.5 cm x W 40 cm x D 33 cm. You will also need €1 as a deposit.

Culture, coffee, commerce – it all costs money. If you happen to run out of cash, you’ll find the cash point at the side of the mall (Sparkasse).

Simply select our Wi-Fi network from the list and surf to your heart’s content – no password required! Our free Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the entire mall.
