MOBILE CITIZEN SERVICE IN THE EAST SIDE MALL

The Kiez Citizen's Office from the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district council is coming to the EAST SIDE MALL: You can conveniently complete your ID card, driver's license & Co. on site and without an appointment. The mobile citizen service will be available to you on level 2 next to "Peter Pane" from 11:00 to 18:00 on December 18, 2025. All citizens' office services can be easily completed - from applying for an ID card to transferring the residence permit to a new passport.
Payment for services is only possible without cash (by debit or credit card). Passport photos can be taken directly on site (cost 6.00 €)
